Manipulation

Attend the normal safety instructions by every manipulation.

Unload Control

1. Remove magazine
2. Release safety
3. Pull back the slide up to the back stop
4. Inspect visually through ejection port whether the chamber is clear
5. Unhand the slide (it bounces forward)
6. Engage the safety

Load

1. Insert full magazine
2. Release safety
3. Pull back the slide up to the back stop
4. Unhand the slide (it bounces forward)

Holster (the loaded weapon)

1. Uncock (engage the safety)
2. Put in holster

Reload

1. Remove the empty magazine
2. Insert a full magazine
3. Pull the slide capture lever (slide bounces forward)

Magazine Change

1. Remove partially empty magazine
2. Insert a full magazine

Unload

1. Remove magazine
2. Pull back the slide up to back stop (eject the cartridge)
3. Inspect visually through ejection port whether the chamber is clear
4. Unhand the slide (it bounces forward)
5. Uncock (engage the safety)

Function Control

1. Remove magazine
2. Pull back the slide up to the back stop

Expected behavior: The slide must bounce forward after unhand

3. Insert magazine
4. Pull back the slide up to the back stop

Expected behavior: The slide must be captured in the back stop

5. Remove magazine
6. Pull back the slide

Expected behavior: The slide must bounce forward after unhand

7. Engage the safety

Expected behavior: The hammer must uncock

8. Insert magazine
9. Pull back the slide up to the back stop
10. Pull the slide capture lever

Expected behavior: The slide must bounce forward

11. Pull the trigger up to the pressure point

Expected behavior: The hammer may not be disengaged

12. Pull through the trigger

Expected behavior: The hammer must be disengaged

13. Unhand the trigger
14. Pull through the trigger

Expected behavior: The hammer must be disengaged in the rearmost position
